Default Global Crisis

Do you feel the effect of global crisis? How do you overcome it?

"Yes! These days the demand of our products slows down and we experienced low number of customers compared last year 2008. The cost of products in the market goes up especially our basic needs. We make sure to buy only things that we need and save the rest of our money for future important expenses."

Many people in our field of Training and Facilitation have felt the pinch. I continue to advise all organizations to continue on training their employees. If an organization wants to keep high moral, they must consider training as one of the most important ingredients to their survival. Training helps build moral. If a health epademic broke out, you would not cut off the supply of medicine! So I continually try to educate as many people as I can on the importance of training during a global crisis.

In addition, our government should provide free seminars on how to earn money from a small business. As an individual, we must try to wisely spend our money. Prioritize needs than wants.

From which country do you live? In Karachi, we have high teas that give trainers a 2 hour window to provide free seminars on different topics. You might want to check out the better graded hotels in your country and see what training venus they have to offer. Usually the trainer picks up this tab.
