Default Greetings to everyone!

I have begun learning about E-prime. It really makes you think about what you say and how you say it. I cannot imagine giving up the "to be" verb. Even if I am not successful, I expect E-prime will stimulate my mind, even if it seems very difficult.

Hello! I have successfully employed the same EP principles and rules on my native language (Brazilian Portuguese). It worked! It made my writing substantially better, especially after dropping the passive verb crutches most of my national literature has so far, so lazily, so conveniently plodded around on.

Dear Friends,
Hello, People call me Chinmay so can all of you.I study in Chennai,India.First of all, not People here speak good Standard English.i.e., They say, "I were coming", "she are coming" and rubbish like that.I have guided many of them to this website and many might have benefited. So, e-prime appears next.I have taught them some basic English and the difference between that and e-prime and its advantages.Ok, so any of the chattering, contact me for further details bye!

Thank you for your blast to the porno pest. Marcio, other e-prime mates and I had the same experience on another linked site in e-prime. I feel sad that the originators of e-prime do not have more filters in their system to eradicate these predators. I do know that many of the people I use to communicate with stopped their visits to this web site because they found that the originators did not remove the obscene pictures.

Just out of curiosity, why would the Indian people use a singular pronoun with a plural verb? ie. She (singular) are (plural)

I tried to tell you that Indians who seem ignorant of English used that.Do not mistake that all Indians use it.I only tried to say that some even didn't know the conjugation of the verb 'to be' so, first they must learn that and then think about e-prime so that they can get a clear picture.Regarding, that porn freak, I think you, as a senior member should report it.
