Would the works of William Shakespeare have any use whatsoever...
... in an exclusively EP-oriented environment? If William Shakespeare lived and turned to EP on a definite basis today, I believe that he probably would have recast his famous "There's the rub!" statement at least.
Under the same environment, writer Henry Thoreau might have written an entirely different book. So might many other writers.

Yes, Unfortunately, in Shakespeare's time e-prime did not exist. So, he couldn't write in e-prime.But, we can translate his works into e-prime.

I don't know if you would want to translate anyone's works into e-prime. I still believe that in the business and political world, e-prime acts as the best platform. I don't want to take the imagination away from those who write prose or Literature. I want my mind to wander and come up with a variety of conclusions when I read a novel. The opposite of e-prime gives a person a chance to make inconclusive conclusions. How fun, but not in the business or political arena.

To begin with, how would we "E-Prime" the title of one of Shakespeare's works "All's Well That Ends Well"?

Marcio, I have a public workshop this coming Wednesday and would like to use some of your samples of memos, especially like the memo you last wrote. Would you send some of your memos to me so that I can give my participants a try at rewriting them in E-prime?
Thanks, Karen

K, I have just read your post. Yes, I will send you samples of memos from the hospital using this or the other computer, the same ones in which my co-workers and I type them.
