Default E-Prime III!: A Third Anthology, by D. David Bourland, Jr.

I did a Google books search on "E-Prime" and I ended up finding the delightfully written work of D. David Bourland, Jr., E-Prime III!: A Third Anthology. After reading a few sample pages of it on Google Books, I thought I might order it.

(David Bourland went so far as to tweak the N.I.V. Bible in E-Prime!)

N.I.V. = New International Version
You could probably "tweak" (make minor or perhaps major adjustments to or in some way rewrite) the entire Bible in E-Prime!

Bourland rewrote some versicles of it himself in his book. Just to prove one can do it.

So, how did it go? Did you like the rest of the book?

I didn't order the book yet! I only read a few passages of it at Google Books (E-Prime III!: A Third Anthology - Pesquisa de Livros do Google).

In one of the few passages that I saw, the Bible says, "Blessed are You, gracious God" but Bourland says, "We bless You, gracious God" making it easy to understand.

In another passage, the Bible says, "This is my Blood of the new Covenant" but Bourland corrects, "Drink my Blood of the new Covenant" making it clear(er), I guess.
