Default need help using/creating "F-Prime" (French equivalent of E-Prime)

Since I speak more than one language (though I speak only English natively), I would like (if possible) to "prime" all my languages. Can any native speaker of French (who understands the notion of English-prime, French-prime, etc.) provide accurate and grammatically correct "F-prime" replacements for the following ordinary French sentences?
/1/ Elle est arrivée.
/2/ Un petit enfant est né.
/3/ Ils sont descendus.
/4/ Vous êtes en retard.
/5/ Nous sommes six en cette voiture.

What will do you about the past tense in French then?It would seem ver difficult to form passe compose.Since, many verbs take thr "etre' verb, passe compose would seem tough.
1.Elle a ete arrivee.
