Default Help with boilerplate clause

How would we translate the following boilerplate clause into something more understandable E-Prime-wise?

"BEFORE YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU are CONSENTING TO be BOUND BY AND are BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE."

Thank you.

If you consent to the terms and conditions of this software agreement, it will bind you to follow all the terms policies.
